Much more than just a home accessory, Alberi di Toscana combines the practicality of a catchall tray with the elegance of a lamp capable of heightening the aesthetic of any entryway.
The tray - made of ash wood - features a lip around the edge and four feet that elevate it above the surface below, making its structure leaner and more elegant. On the slightly recessed surface, a tapered mushroom-shaped pillar holds the LED lampshade crafted of Volterra alabaster, a highly valued mineral identifiable by its bright white colour. The lampshade - which emits a warm, pleasant light - is available in a number of configurations which recall that iconic foliage of some typical Tuscan trees: the olive, cypress and the maritime pine.
The velvety smooth wood and the flowing forms of the structure make this a sophisticated object both to view and to touch.

Meet The Designer
Giuseppe Casarosa
Giuseppe Casarosa, born in Pisa in 1957, graduated from ISIA in 1980 and continued his studies at the International University of Art in Florence. Interested in applied technologies and projects at 360 degrees; he designed boats, greenhouses for seasonal crops, machines for computing centres, small home appliances and of course furniture.

The Ceccotti Collezioni story heralds from Ceccotti Aviero, a company founded in 1956, specializing in the production of residential furniture and later in supplying hotels.The company collaborated with some of the most prestigious hotel groups in the world, Trusthouse Forte from London, Sheraton and Ciga, giving an international application to the traditional artisan workmanship of the Tuscan town of Cascina, nestled between Florence and Pisa, where the company is based.
From the ‘School of Art’ in Cascina came the designers and skilled craftsmen who developed an artisanal culture in furniture making and wood processing. The company continues to grow, inspired by the countless collaborations that determines its development and expansion.
