Scapula Dining Chair
Proof Living is an authorised dealer. Purchasing through parallel importers can void warranty, installation and after-sales support.
The essential, graphic silhouette—reminiscent of 1950s Scandinavian seating—is one of the defining features of the Scapula chair, born from the first collaboration between the creative flair of designers David/Nicolas and the artisanal craftsmanship of Ceccotti Collezioni.
The structure, which can be crafted in solid American walnut or ash, features a fluid, organic workmanship that draws the eye to the armrests—slightly angled upward—and to the back of the backrest, where two small raised elements recreate a shape reminiscent of shoulder blades, from which the chair takes its name.
The upholstered backrest, on its rear side, creates a sort of porthole through which the upholstery material can be glimpsed and appreciated. This makes Scapula visually appealing from every angle, also thanks to the possibility of combining multiple leather and fabric finishes with the chosen wood tone.

Know the brand
Ceccotti Collezioni
The Ceccotti Collezioni story heralds from Ceccotti Aviero, a company founded in 1956, specializing in the production of residential furniture and later in supplying hotels. The company collaborated with some of the most prestigious hotel groups in the world, Trusthouse Forte from London, Sheraton and Ciga, giving an international application to the traditional artisan workmanship of the Tuscan town of Cascina, nestled between Florence and Pisa, where the company is based.
From the ‘School of Art’ in Cascina came the designers and skilled craftsmen who developed an artisanal culture in furniture making and wood processing. The company continues to grow, inspired by the countless collaborations that determines its development and expansion.
