From the collaboration between Lodes and Ron Arad, an internationally renowned artist and designer, Cono di Luce is born, a one-of-a-kind suspension lamp, a synthesis of Lodes' cutting-edge know-how and the designer's creativity.
The technology contained in Cono di Luce defines its identity. A flexible printed circuit board used in a novel way for industry – enclosed in a simple element like a transparent Pyrex® cone – gives the lamp a clearly visible duality between on and off.
The frame, also made of PCB, thanks to its 1.6 mm thickness, has several functions: providing support for the lamp and allowing it to be turned on, as well as keeping the PCB sheet in the correct position.
Once turned on, Cono di Luce reveals its true decorative identity, conferred by an optical texture made of lights, shadows and overlaps, the fruit of the designer's creativity and the result of a production expertise characteristic of Lodes.
Cono di Luce is available in three frame finishes: red, gray and gold and in two variants, table and pendant.
Cono di Luce is proposed as a design element for refined environments, embodying the values shared by Lodes and Ron Arad: creating a collection that is both accessible and equipped with high luminous efficiency. Table
