The Secret Garden Sofa
The Secret Garden Sofa
Proof Living is an authorised dealer. Purchasing through parallel importers can void warranty, installation and after-sales support.
Outdoor spaces for an informal lifestyle. The two-seater outdoor sofa in teak with a natural finish is a versatile piece of furniture for terraces, patios, verandas, rooftops and decks of yachts and ships. The narrow, organic design is an expression of flawless craftsmanship . The backrest is made up of a special weave of two-tone cotton webbing in ecru and taupe, which support loose outdoor cushions with a choose of two or three with removable covers. All the padding is designed to allow water to drain away and dry quickly. The sofa together with the armchair and the low table height creates a more informal dining area. It is suitable for residential and contract settings and is part of The Secret Garden, an outdoor collection designed by Roberto Lazzeroni that completes the range of Poltrona Frau Boundless Living Outdoor Collections . The Secret Garden sofa is FSCĀ® 100% certified in all combinations whose upholstery is in fabric that does not contain viscose derived from forests.

Meet The Designer
Roberto Lazzeroni
Roberto Lazzeroni, born in Pisa, began his professional life with the study of art and architecture in Florence and the interests he developed during his training, in particular in the conceptual art and radical design movements. In the early 1980s, Lazzeroni made his professional debut with a series of important works in the field of “interior architecture” that immediately attracted attention and were published in Italian and foreign periodicals.
know the brand
Poltrona Frau
Noted for their exhaustive quality standards, the company uses a 21-step leather tanning process (vs. industry standard ranging from 12-15 steps) where the full-grain leather is dyed through, so a surface scratch wonāt reveal a lining underneath. 95% of Poltrona Frauās products are made by hand.
The Pelle FrauĀ® leather tanning processes are exclusively combined with chrome treatments, which guarantee greater chemical and biological stability, to preserve the softness and flexibility of the leathers. Selected and produced by the finest quality Italian tanneries, Pelle FrauĀ® leather is only āadmittedā to the production process after it has passed a series of tests in the Poltrona Frau laboratories: from sensory tests to evaluate its hand, touch, colour, appearance and choice, to physical and mechanical tests that guarantee its impermeability, breathability and resistance to rubbing and stains.
